Police still searching for gun used in femicide
The Mossos d’Esquadra are still searching for the weapon used yesterday by Juan Antonio Jiménez to shoot and kill his wife Ana Maria Giménez, in Sant Joan les Fonts which was not locatedat the scene of the crime nor in the car that the murderer left in a wooded area of Montagut, before hanging himself. Police suspect he may have thrown the gun out of the car driving from the crime scene.
