Judge holds 18 detainees from raid on remand
A Barcelona court yesterday ordered 18 of the 39 arrested in the police operation against narcotics in the Raval district of Barcelona on Monday to be held on remand. A total of 57 people were detained in the operation which centred on drug flats in the Catalan capital. The flats were used as sales point, distribution centres and also for consumption. Flats in other areas were also searched.
