Girona get second win on the run against Valencia
Girona got a second consecutive win under their belt yesterday after they beat Valencia by a goal at the Mestalla stadium. Midfielder Pere Pons struck in the 48th minute to score the only goal of the match, condemning Valencia to continue their hunt for their first home win of the season. The Catalans next face Leganés on Sunday November 11 at home.
