Police operation against gang forging bank notes
The Catalan police have broken up a criminal gang involved in counterfeiting banknotes and forging documents. During the police operation, two women were arrested and a man, aged 51, 43 and 28. The suspects all have Spanish nationality and live in Barcelona. The investigation began in 2015 after shops reported a rise in the number of false bank notes.
