Fashion firm TCN files for bankruptcy
Textile and fashion company, TCN, which has belonged to the Endurance Partners private equity fund since 2015, has filed for bankruptcy in a Barcelona court. However, the bankruptcy claim included an application to purchase the company from the Javier Simorra textile firm, which means the company, and the jobs of its employees, could still be saved.
