“Now Article 155 can be applied to any community”
Pau Villòria, lead author of the report ordered by Catalan president Quim Torra to look into the impacts of the seven months of suspended self-government under article 155, is interviewed today. He highlights €130 million in irreparable losses to the Generalitat, and reveals the chronic over-reaching by Spanish-imposed civil servants, “obsessed” with image management and propaganda.
