Mexico denies having made a deal with Trump

The incoming Mexican Secretary of the Interior has stated that no agreement has been reached with the USA, to allow asylum seekers to wait out legal proceedings on Mexican soil. This contrasts with the story printed in the Washington Post only hours before, which said the deal would go live when Andrés Manuel López Obrador assumed the presidency on December 1st.
