Royal commission into attacks announced

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced yesterday the creation of a commission of inquiry to analyze the performance of security forces in relation to the supremacist attack on two mosques on March 15, which killed 50 people and wounded another 50. The investigation will focus on what could have been done to prevent the attack and on the suspects’ activities before the attack.
