Barça centre half Samuel Umtiti’s future up in air
The future of Samuel Umtiti is not at all clear and his possible departure from Barça this coming summer cannot be ruled out, even if this week from the French training camp he clearly stated that he would continue to wear Barça’s colours next season. The club may have different plans, however, and a possible sale is already being contemplated, especially if, as expected, Barça are able to complete the signing of Ajax’s Matthijs de Ligt, an operation that is considered strategic and priority.
