An August of jazz, blues and soul in Barcelona
The 17th San Miguel Mas i Mas Festival will again fill Barcelona with top musicians during the whole month of August. Based on the philosophy of offering high quality cultural events in a month when cultural activity in the city is at its lowest, the Mas i Mas Group, backed by the San Miguel brewers, set up the music festival in 2003, which has since become a classic summer event in the Catalan capital.The festival will be held in five iconic venues: the Coliseum Theatre (opening with a tribute to women of soul), Jamboree (jazz), Moog (techno), Tarantos (flamenco) and Plaça Reial.
