Girona Guitar Festival
Where guitars rule
This festival, which turns 19 this year, is unique in the Girona region, and has concerts in Girona city, Castell-Platja d’Aro, Palamós, L’Escala, Tossa de Mar and Llançà. Whether classical, flamenco or jazz, the guitar is the main instrument of this festival. This year’s programme, which runs until September 10, with Miguel de Morrete, Glenn Bargain, Marc Saintglass Trio (pictured), Eduard Carreras & Black Soul, Rossella Rezzolla, Massimo Agostinelli & Andrea Zampini, Dua Maddonni, Simone Omnis, Classicjazz Quartet and Mireia Vilalta.
