Double assault charge reduced to sexual abuse

A Lleida court has sentenced two men to four years and six months in prison for having sexually abused a woman as she left a club in Vielha in August 2017. The public prosecutor was asking for fifteen years in prison for each of them. The court stated that the woman was believe d but that the incident could not be considered an aggression because “no violence took place”.
