Sant Joan de Déu to treat patients from Emirates

The Sant Joan de Déu hospital has signed an agreement with the government of the United Arab Emirates to become its pediatric centre of reference in Europe. The centre will treat minors from the UAE who suffer complex pathologies thanks to an agreement signed with the Emirates ambassador, Iza Abdullah Al Otaiba. The hospital emphasises that the agreement represents another step in the process of internationalisation, and this year has treated 33 children from the Emirates.
