Kane goal ends Spain’s Nations League hopes
It was a late goal by Harry Kane, at Wembley, against Croatia, which ended any hopes Spain had of making it into the final four of the inaugural UEFA Nations League. A draw in London would have sufficed, but the England forward dashed Spanish hopes with only five minutes of play remaining, scoring off a free kick from Ben Chiswell, to relegate Croatia and take the Lions to the semis.
