Centenary of Rosa Luxembourg’s assasination

According to the Linke party, thousands of well-wishers attended the centenary memorial service, for Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht, assassinated in 1919 by ultra right-wing extremists. A march of “homage” set off from Friedrichshain, “in favour of solidarity and peace; against exploitation, and the suppression of fundamental rights by a rising tide of fascist threats”.
