Abacus sales up by 3.85% to €89.67 million
The Abacus bookstore cooperative increased sales by 3.85% during 2016 to reach €89.67 million, according to a company press release. Profits for the cooperative were €566,000, or 36% above the annual forecast. Slightly more than half of the members of the cooperative bought at least one item either in bookstores or online, allowing them to participate in cooperative returns.
