Nicolás Maduro claims Coup d’état underway
Grenades launched against the Constitutional Court from a police helicopter in Caracas is, according to Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, an act of terrorism which marks the beginning of a coup d’état which he will crush. The pilot, Oscar Pérez, a police inspector, uploaded a statement to social networks earlier saying the attack was against a criminal government.
