God and beauty at the Porta Ferrada Festival
The 55th Porta Ferrada Festival saw the arrival of the company of Lindsay Kemp. They presented an anthology of some of their most celebrated works, some of which featured Lindsay himself, who, almost 80, moves with absolute precision. At one point the voiceover declared “I want to be God”. Beyond abstraction, the God of Kemp continues to fill us with subtle beauty.
