Macri opens investigation into naval disaster

Family members of the crew of the missing Argentine submarine have accused the Navy of putting their loved ones at risk by sending them out in a more than 30-year-old vessel they suspect was not properly maintained. The Navy has denied the claim. President Mauricio Macri has announced a full investigation into the Navy and in particular the Submarine High-Command once the vessel is located. Ships and planes from Argentina, the US, Britain, Chile and Brazil have joined the search.
