DNA tests confirm identity of body of Diana Quer
The DNA evidence recovered from the body found on Sunday inside a water tank of an abandoned factory at Rianxo (A Coruña) confirm the identity of Diana Madrid Quer, who disappeared on August 22 , 2016 in Pobra do Caramiñal. The case had generated wide media coverage since then. The Guardia Civil officially confirmed the identification and also said that the man charged with the crime had been the main suspect but previous to his wife withdrawing her alibi for him had lacked evidence.
