At least 15 dead in torrential rains in California

Rescue crews with dogs and imaging equipment searched the hills around Santa Barbara, California, on Wednesday for more than 20 people missing after rain-driven mudslides swept through the community, killing at least 15. Slides damaged the homes of celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, who live between the ocean and the Los Padres National Forest.
