Outrage over latest sex scandal in the UK
The British PM, Theresa May, said yesterday that she was “shocked” by the revelations published by the Financial Times on sexual harassment suffered by hostesses at a charity gala at a hotel in London on January 18. “I thought that these attitudes were part of the past,” said May, who said the Secretary of State for Children and Families had left disgusted by what was happening there.
