Property developers are increasingly concerned about the growing problem of squatters in flats awaiting occupation. “We can not put a figure on it but it is very worrying” says the APCE association representative, Lluís Marsà who has called on the administrations to streamline the bureaucracy as it can take more than two months after completion until the keys can be handed over.
