Barcelona to have a new 5G and IoT laboratory
The 5GBarcelona project has joined with Telefonica to support a laboratory for testing 5G and the Internet of Things (IoT). The centre will be located in the offices of the Mobile World Capital Barcelona at Pier01 will have an initial cost of €2 million and will encourage deployment of the technology, with businesses and research centres to test and validate new services and applications.
