Social media to the rescue
The rebellion charge brought down by a tweet. The house of cards of the State prosecutor fell one by one as the various members of the former Catalan government made their declarations yesterday, doing particular damage to the idea that there was violence in the massive demonstration in front of the Minstry of the Economy on 20-S. One of the best moments for Jordi Sànchez during his interrogation was when he was shown a video of himself, calmly having a discussion with an agent of the Guàrdia Civil, in the ministry. The images, in addition to those of the peaceful demonstrators, are devastating for the prosecution, who with their obsession with social media are bordering on the ridiculous.
