Supreme Court to investigate Homs for 9-N consultation

As expected, the Spanish Supreme Court (TS) announced yesterday that it would investigate Francesc Homs, former Catalan minister of the Presidency and current spokesman for Democràcia i Llibertat in the Congress, for his part in the 9-N consultation process.

Homs is accused of disobeying the Constitutional Court, which ruled that the consultation be stopped on November 4, 2014. The investigation will centre around a letter Homs sent to his counterpart Felip Puig, claiming the ruling did not affect them and the process could continue.
