Maragall to reopen Berlin delegation
On September 20, Catalan minsiter for the exterior, Ernest Maragall, will reopen the Generalitat’s official Delegation in Berlin which was closed by the Spanish government under the powers of Article 155. The delegate who was also fired, Marie Kapretz, has also been reinstated. Maragall has announced that all the delegations which were closed will reopen.
