Housing prices up by 4.8% in Catalonia in 2015

The real estate market seems to be coming out of the doldrums. According to figures from Spain's national statistics bureau (INE), prices rose in Catalonia by 4.8% in 2015, an increase higher than the national average which stood at 3.6%. Analysts say the increase is the highest since the crisis began and is reflected mainly in the sale
of new dwellings.
